I was in a tight spot with needing some electrical work done and I found Matt thought happenstance while at a Big box store. I was given his number and was told he was excellent at his profession and I would not be disappointed. I called Matt and he was very understanding of my situation and we were able set up a schedule to get the job done. Matt was able to complete the task in a short amount of time and my wife and I could not be happier. If you need electrical work done by an Honest man who has Integrity and knows his job very well, give Matt a call and you won’t be disappointed.

Matt is professional, detailed, honest, careful, communicated well, returned texts promptly, he was friendly and worth every penny. We had a difficult installation of three ceiling fans without access from above. Estimate: Matt arrived, early, for the estimate. He communicated how he would install the fans and provided his hourly rate due to the fact we couldn’t provide access to get a quote. After he left, we knew he was the right electrician for us. Install Day: Matt arrived on time and I really appreciate that more than I can say. He started the job, kept me informed of issues once he gained access to the attic. Matt had to make adjustments and kept on working. It wasn’t an easy installation. Matt had to cut access to the attic, fix previous contractor errors, install supports, reframe portions and generally deal with the unknown. Matt did that without stalling or taking his time. After he finished and cleaned up, Matt walked us through the rooms and providing operational information. There’s a review stating that the installation of ceiling fans went less than well. I am certain that isn’t true because ours work, look beautiful and Matt was the best. Thank you!! A+++ Highly rec

I have so many great things to say about Matthew and his work. We remodeled our basement, and the electrical work was done to perfection. Matthew offered great insight on the placement of lights, outlets, and switches. He was communicative and understood that we had a strict timeline. He was efficient, professional, and caring. Everything was done neatly and flawlessly. We highly recommend him!

We had a great experience with MQ Electrical. Matt upgraded our electrical service and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was able to use the existing post on our house, which made the install much smoother and more efficient, and everything was done cleanly and correctly. We’ve also used Matt in the past to fix our pool pump and timer, and each time he’s been wildly professional, communicative, and clearly knows his craft. His work is high quality and he takes real pride in doing things the right way. We’ll absolutely be using MQ for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Matt completed a major electrical upgrade for me including service upgrade from 150 to 200 amps, a panel upgrade, EV charger installation, an outlet to connect my generator to the transfer switch and new garage outlets. Other electrical companies I talked to were not willing to quote pulling a new line to enable to 200 amps but Matt looked at it and thought it was doable and did it. This enabled the installation of an EV charger with max capability up to 11.5 KW. He also installed the car charger with a direct line from the panel to the car charger eliminating reliability issues with a plug or even a connection to a charger pig tail. He was extremely responsive through all phases of the project and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. He took great pride in the neatness of his work and was professional. Through the whole process Matt recommended the highest quality solutions but not at a high price. His quote was the best by far and the work was first rate. I will be recommending MQ Electric to anyone I know who needs electrical work done.
